Follow Your Intuition - Part 1

If the Brow Chakra is the center for intuition and insight, why do we refer to intuitive insight as a 'gut feeling' when we know from week 4 of the Chakra Series that Manipura, the Solar Plexus Chakra, is located at our 'gut'? This is a great example of how energy flow through one chakra relates to others.

The Solar Plexus Chakra is more than the source of our free will and personal power. It is our energy center and where the 'spark' of intuition is felt. Anatomically the Solar Plexus Chakra is oriented at the autonomic nervous system that controls involuntary body function such as heart rate, digestion, respiratory rate, salivation and perspiration to name a few. This is the where the connection between the three lower chakras interchange with the four higher chakra energy centers.

The key to developing intuition from the Brow Chakra is to first respect the gut feeling you receive from your Solar Plexus Chakra. The connection between the two must be developed with a sense of trust in the signals your body and energy system are giving you.

Considering the connection between the Solar Plexus as our center of free will and the Brow Chakra as the center for intuition, it's no accident that acceptance our intuitive prompts in free will decision making will manifest cosmically aligned results.
